Alone we can do so little; together we can do so much

The Eagle Olympics is scheduled for Friday, October 4th, 2024. This event will include a variety of fun outdoor Olympic games and activities during the school day. We will need the help of many volunteers for it to be a success!

Volunteers are needed to help run game stations as all the students complete the Olympic Events. We are also looking for volunteers to wear the Eagle mascot costume for a portion of the event.

Volunteers will need to be at Elk Meadow by 7:45 am for the morning session (3rd, 4th, 5th graders) and 11:40 am for the afternoon session (Kinder, 1st, 2nd) on the day of the event.

Many parents are able to provide support on a sporadic basis. This sort of help is essential to the EET! Many hands make light work! If you're able to volunteer once or twice a year, even that can make a huge difference in our ability to put on events and activities for our school.
